I do this through training and (Neurological Linguistic Programming, which is both an Art and a Science) NLP coaching imbuing new skills, techniques, and an expanded mindset. Hence, allowing for more:

  • Better, stronger and faster relationship building.
  • Differentiation  through deliberate use of language matching the way individuals preferred way to take in information.
  • Confidence to take responsibility for choices made to support young people and clear understanding of why particular approaches work best for particular young people.
  • Confident use of clean language, something that I know is of major importance to you as safeguarding is always at the top of every professional's mind when working with young people.
  • Support for management to gain more insight into why people do what they do ways to motivate individuals and the best strategies to get the best from staff.

NLP Practitioner Course + Coaching for educators

Pre-course material, (approx. 60 hrs) including 

8  coaching sessions,

60 Hours of Face-to-Face practitioner training that is designed especially for teachers and other professionals working directly with young people.

10 Hours of assessment, written and practical.

The certification as an NLP Practitioner

3 months membership to the Association of NLP  (ANLP).

Post-course membership to a growing community of NLP trained teachers, where they can share ideas, ask questions and feel supported.

  6. Represent NLP interventions as an option and at no time as a certain solution for any given problem.

  7. Act as ambassadors for NLP, so that it is presented as a professional and effective approach which can help people and organisations; avoiding bringing NLP into disrepute.

  8. Act as ambassadors for ANLP, to promote its purposes and activities to a wider audience; avoiding bringing ANLP into disrepute.

  9. Respect legitimate needs and requirements for confidentiality.

  10. Respect the variety of different styles of NLP and complementary professions.

  11. Respect fellow members' interests and avoid soliciting other members clients away from them.

  12. Ensure that clients` expectations, and the basis on which they will be met, are understood by both parties and that contractual arrangements are not changed without appropriate discussion.

  13. Act within the law and not encourage, assist, or collude with others engaged in unlawful conduct.

  14. Declare to ANLP any criminal conviction (except motoring conviction resulting in points on licence), and professional complaint against them or any other matter which may affect their ANLP membership, good conduct or practice in any way.

  15. Members (above Associate level) have an ongoing requirement to update their skills and knowledge, through mentor-ship and/or pursuing recognised CPD requirements.

ANLP recommends that no member works with people under the age of 18 or vulnerable adults unless they are specifically qualified to do so and have appropriate clearance with national vetting procedures in their country(ies) (any and all) of practice.
